So we decided to go to a small resort today in the hopes of having a well-earned R&R. We were hopeful, yeah. But well the moment we got to the road leading to the resort, we encountered a line of vehicles that stretched for a good half a kilometer.
Apparently we aren't the best vacation planners out there. Every screw-up I can imagine was present there.
1) It was cheap
2) It was hot, since PHILIPPINE SUMMER
3) It was a weekend - always a horror for outings
4) It was easily accessible; just half an hour from the capital city
5) It was the city's festival
Add all this up and you've got...
There are even children sitting on the floor

I only took pictures of the Turtle Pool but the other pools, aside from the Disco and Olympic pools, were pretty much either the same or WORSE
Well anyway, Welcome to a Typical Philippine Summer!
